The paper "The World and The Tourism of Georgia" discusses the types of tourism existing in Georgia, perspectives and opportunities of their development. The world's leading tourist countries are also discussed in the thesis. It shows the importantance of developing tourism in the country which is the necessary precondition for the economic and social development of the country. That is why it is of utmost importance to properly utilize the resources available in the country, enabling the country to make the most profit.
The thesis consists of three chapters. Chapter I discusses the world tourism development trends. Chapter II deals with the development of tourism in Georgia and its trends and Chapter III shows how competitive we are in the world market. The thesis is followed with the conclusion and the references.
