Abstract
Master’s thesis “Qualitative analysis of the educational organization on the example of TSU” represents a work to earn master’s degree in “Organization development and consulting” and it is performed in Tbilisi state university, faculty of social and political sciences.
Presented work is mostly analytical and its main purpose is to reveal qualitative features of the educational organization on the example of Tbilisi state university. Also, another purpose of this thesis is to realize that organization is not a static organism, it is an active, alive structure and it is possible to change and evolve some of its elements and also on the whole.
The introducing part of the thesis includes a brief description of the topic, its relevance, research tasks, used method and a review of the obtained results.
The first chapter gives a definition of the organization as a concept, its classification in general.
The second chapter describes four phase of the organization development, its mainc characteristics, the advantages and the disadvantages of it.
In the third chapter it is specifically explained the seven basic element of the organization and all of it is discussed in the context of four phases of the organizational development.
In the last chapter is represented a research, a short review of the organization (TSU), research tasks, used method, some difficulties of the research process, analysis of the results and recommendations.
