The influence of European countries' tax system on Georgia (Estonian model)

The present paper refers to profit tax reform, the impact of the changes in the tax legislation, the new "Estonian model" impact on the active business subjects and the country's economy.
The paper discusses the formation of tax system in various countries and in Georgia, it has been assessed as positive and adverse consequences from the Estonian model in Georgia, as well as the preparedness of the country's economy to meet this reform, specifically what changes have been made and how long it will take for the country to overcome problems related to the model and to achieve predicted expectations.
In this paper are shown the opinions and attitudes of experts about the changes.
The master's thesis consists of three chapters, eight sub-chapters, introductions, conclusions and recommendations, list of literature and annexes.
