Abstract
Real GDP growth (economic growth) is an important indicator in a country's development. The declining trend of economic growth in Georgia in recent months is due to a pandemic. There is a close negative correlation between the growing number of COVID 19 and economic growth. The correlation coefficient is -0.79, the determination coefficient is 0.63, and the regression b coefficient is -0.025.
