Abstract
The issue of crime entrapment has attracted a lot of scientist’s attention nearly for two centuries. Despite carrying out investigations, different opinions about this problem still continuous. Part of researchers demand its full criminalization, while others support its partiae legalization. Meanwhile less attention is paid to the issue of crime entrampment of the victim. That’s why the majority of opinions need to be discussed properly, because the victim is such a value, of protection wich is the basic issue for the crime criminalization. Thus we must pay proper attention to the issue of crime entrapment of the victim. It’s important that due to different historic conditions, various attitudes have been formed in continental and common law countries. With the help of their analysis, the supply existent fund of knowledge may be enriched.
The aim of the study is state went of scientific attitude and analysis of similar issues that bring us to practical recommendations.
