Under the economic and economic progress of the market economy, dynamically implementation of economic relations, changing conditions and forms of entrepreneurial activity. Economic subjects are actively using methods of entrepreneurial activities that enable the modernization of the material-technical base of enterprises without any large expenses. Entrepreneurial activity is one of such methods include leasing.
It should be noted that the use of leasing relations in Georgia was still possible during the decree-administrative economy, but it was not the use of priority leasing. Today there is a law on "Promotion of Leasing Activities", though it should be noted that the legislative base needs significant improvement in this regard, should be considered as the experience of leading market economics countries, as well as the economic development of the country. The purpose of the research is to study leverage development opportunities in Georgia and develop its efficiency measures. In order to achieve the goal set out in the work, the following tasks were awarded:
1. Study of leasing development history;
2. Characterization of leasing abroad;
3. Review and analysis of leasing regulatory mechanism;
4. Development of proposals for improvement of its legal mechanism in order to increase efficiency of leasing activities.
In the presented topic, The success of the leasing is examined on every contingent, contributing to its specialty and state support. It is no coincidence that leasing holds an important place on the world capital market. In the modern stage, several thousand leasing companies are operating in the world, their performance is different from the direction, leasing capacity, potential, regional deployment, and other factors.
