The work focuseshelinistic black polished pottery, which was revealed in the second half of Imillennium BC, in the Eastern Georgia, Shida Kartli region. The main aim of that work is determine the origin and chronology of that kind of pottery.In that issue I will discuss the most important sites in Eastern Georgia: Urbnisi, Uplistsikhe, Nastakisi and Tbilisi. During the Archaeological excavations in last century many black polished pottery discovered there.Date of that material determined as 2th century B.C.Nowadeys this date is under the question.According the new materials discovered after the excavation of that sites may be changes the date of black polished pottery as 4th century B.C. This work explores the reasons behind their import and seeks to determine the import date.
