Presidential Institute in Georgia

Presented Master topic ,,Presidential Institute in Georgia’’ is one of the most important problem of Georgian political agenda - discussion of basic issues of the concept of the Presidential Institute in the context of Georgian reality. It is especially popular and active now to analyze and research the power and authority of the President at the modern stage of State development, while there exist a lot of problems in this regard in Georgia.
Qualification work consists of introduction, two chapters, six sub-chapters, resume and a list of used literature. In the introduction, there is the urgency of the topic defined, established goals and task of the research, the scientific news of the research, methodological bases and its practical meaning. In the said chapter the author of master thesis has given the review of the literature.
In this work, there is shown phases of evolution of Presidential Institute in Georgia, achievements and mistakes of Georgian presidents during their governance: there is given a political analysis of steps made by governors of Georgia in order to improve, develop the system, also author’s reviews and interpretations according to the results of activities of Presidents of Georgia- were there able or not to respond the permanent challenges of the country, to create a protective mechanisms and governing institute adequately, to find a right orientation in this difficult maze and in global confrontation conditions.
In this qualification writing, there is discussed existing dilemmas and challenges for president while parliament governance in country. There is analyzed a case of Presidential Institute in Germany and given a comparison analysis to Presidential Institute in Georgia.
