Government is duty to care freely opportunity getting and spread information, use it its management for public effective resource. Access of public information raising up the quality of thrust between government and citizen, it helps them to governace transparently and accountably.
In spite of demanding and getting theme, unfortunately it can’t be planting to practice perfectly. One of the reason is a less knowing information again. On the one hand citizen don’t know and can’t use their granted rights and on the other hand public officers can’t realize the meaning of the law determination, can’t or don’t do legal duty.
