Postgraduate work is about responsibility problem for prepare and attempt of crime . The work consists of the opening, two chapters (with subchapters) and conclusion. There is mentioned used literature in the end of the work. As a whose the work consists of 67 printed pages.
In the first chapter there is reviewed used literature, that was used during the writing of the work. In the first and second chapters are given the basic part of the theme, that is highlighted in the nine subchapters. In this part of the work is reviewed the concept of prepare and attempt of crime, varieties and signs, also their objective and subjective aspects, one of the sub chapter is about analysis of justice practice. There is detailed highlighted the problem of unfit attempt in the work. Finally is given the results of research.
