ზოგადსაგანმანათლებლო სკოლის მასწავლებელთა აკადემიური თავისუფლების საკითხების კვლევა

Abstract

The following Master’s thesis concerns on the Academic Freedom of secondary school teachers. It is important to note that we could not find any research on the Academic Freedom of teachers in Georgia as well as in the international area. Mainly, when we are focused on the Academic Freedom issues, academic freedom of teachers of high school is relevant topic and the Academic Freedom of secondary school teachers is not/never mentioned, so it can be said, that this thesis is a novelty in this regard. Based on the summarization of international documents, we made the conclusion that the term itself includes teaching, research, security and school management issues that are the most important part of the teaching and education process. This at the same time emphasizes the importance of our research topic. As a result of interest of the topic and preliminary research, we developed hypothesis: For most of the interviewed teachers the term is unknown and it is difficult for them to determine the content of academic freedom.

ნაშრომი ეხება ზოგადსაგანმანათლებლო სკოლის მასწავლებელთა აკადემიური თავისუფლების საკითხებს. აღსანიშნავია, ის ფაქტი, რომ მასწავლებელთა აკადემიური თავისუფლების საკითხთან დაკავშირებით, ვერც ერთი კვლევა ვერ მოვიძიეთ, როგორც საქართველოში, ასევე საერთაშორისო სივრცეში. ძირითადად, როდესაც ვეხებით აკადემიური თავისუფლების საკითხებს, აქტუალურია უმაღლესი სკოლის მასწავლებელთა აკადემიური თავისუფლება და არაა ზოგადსაგანმანათლებლო სკოლის მასწავლებელთა აკადემიური თავისუფლება, ამიტომ, შეიძლება ითქვას, რომ ჩვენი ნაშრომი, ამ მხრივ, სიახლეა. საერთაშორისო დოკუმენტთა შეჯამების საფუძველზე, გამოგვაქვს დასკვნა, რომ აღნიშნული ტერმინი თავის თავში მოიცავს: სწავლების, კვლევის, უსაფრთხოებისა და სასკოლო მმართველობით საკითხებს, რომლებიც ყველაზე მნიშვნელოვანი ნაწილია სწავლებისა და განათლების პროცესში. ეს კი ხაზს უსვამს ჩვენი საკვლევი თემის აქტუალობას. თემატიკით დაინტერესებისა და წინასწარი კვლევის შედეგად, შევიმუშავეთ ჰიპოთეზა: გამოკითხულ მასწავლებლებელთა უმრავლესობისთვის ტერმინი უცხოა და უჭირთ აკადემიური თავისუფლების შინაარსის განსაზღვრა.
