Abstract

The actuality of a topic: In this piece of work “Human rights, terrorism and counterterrorism” is reflected the topic, which is one of the most actual question in present day and is referred to everyone, these are Human rights law and Terrorism , the represented information is about how terrorism impacts on human rights , what negative effects does it have for the society and how it is prevented by certain groups , especially , by Governments and UN, what are the main responsibilities and duties , and what kind of guarantees exist to counter terrorism. Goals and objectives: This publication gives us those main issues, which emphasizes how human rights law and terrorism is balanced , how the effective and lawful counter terrorism measures are taken and , how human rights is protected from violations , is given the main question about what negative effects does it have and how it is prevented , by what means .how the Government reacts on this problem and what they do to combat it. What kind of strategies are made by United nations and how the Government tries to ensure protection and security of their population . The subject of the study/objective : The subject of our study is terrorism and its function , the study of terrorism aspects gives chances to the international organizations to counter it easily and to be always ready in order to avoid fatal cases. Results and innovation: The results of terrorism is defined by taking its positive and effective steps , which is done carefully by United nations , and what is the most important by publishing this publication is that ,they make it clear about how terrorism is dangerous for the society and it promotes the awareness of public conception.
