თანამედროვე სკოლის ორგანიზაციული გარემოს მართვის პრობლემები

Abstract

ნაშრომი შეეხება თანამედროვე ქართული სკოლის ორგანიზაციული გარემოს მართვის პრობლემებს.კვლევაში გამოვიყენეთ რაოდენობრივი მეთოდი, ონლაინ კითხვარის საშუალებით გამოვიკითხეთ გორისა და გორის რაიონების სკოლები. კვლევის შედეგებმა გვიჩვენა, რომ სკოლის ორგანიზაციული გარემო არის: პოზიტიური, მოსწავლეზე ორიენტირებული, მშვიდი , კოლეგიალური, თანაბარი ჩართულობის მქონე, მიმღებლობითი. გამოკითხულთა უმრავლესობა აქტიურად არის ჩართული სკოლის სხვადასხვა საორგანიზაციო საკითხებში, გამოკითხულთა 100% ადასტურებს ,რომ დირექტორი არ არის ერთპიროვნული . მასწავლებელთა 100% ადასტურებს იმას, რომ სკოლაში მოქმედებს ურთიერთდასწრების კულტურა მასწავლებლების მხრიდან, რაც მისაღებია კოლეგებისათვის. ისინი გაგებით ეკიდებიან და ითვალისწინებენ რეკომენდაციებს. გამოკითხულთა თითქმის 100% თვლის, რომ საგანმანათლებლო დაწესებულების ორგანიზაციულ გარემოს განაპირობებს სამუშაო გარემო და მაღალკვალიფიციური პერსონალი, 55,5% ფიქრობს - ლიდერსა და ძლიერ ინფრასტრუქტურაზე, 10,3 % - რეპუტაციაზე, 34,2 % - მყარ ფინანსურ რესურსზე. ორგანიზაციული გარემოს მართვის მნიშვნელოვანი პრობლემაა ლიდერის არაპროფესიონალიზმი, პროფესიონალის ნაკლებობა, მოვალეობების არათანაბრად შესრულება, უპასუხისმგებლო დამოკიდებულება, სიახლეებისადმი შიში და მისი მიუღებლობა, მყარი ფინანსური რესურსის, მოტივაციისა და თანამშრომლობის ნაკლებობა, სკოლის ინფრასტრუქტურის მოწესრიგება, სასწავლო რესურსი.

The paper deals with the problems and challenges of managing the organizational environment of the modern Georgian school. We used a quantitative method in the research, we surveyed schools of different cities and districts through an online questionnaire: Tbilisi, Rustavi, Tskneti, Khashuri, Kareli. We processed the data using GOOGLE FORM and EXCEL. The study showed that the school's organizational environment is: positive, functional, student-centered, calm, collegial, with equal involvement, receptive, focused on developing students' 21 skills. The majority of respondents 88.9% actively participate in various organizational issues of the school, 100% of respondents confirm that the principal is not single and agree on certain issues with colleagues. The school promotes 100% of respondents in professional development. Also, 100% of teachers confirm that the school has a culture of mutual attendance on the part of teachers, which is what colleagues like, understand the meaning, and follow the recommendations. The organizational environment of the educational institution is determined by various factors. 100% agree that these factors are: work environment and highly qualified staff, 66.7% focus on the leader and strong infrastructure, 11.1% - on the reputation, 55.6% - on a solid financial resource. The main problems of managing the organizational environment were: unprofessionalism of the leader, lack of professionalism, unequal performance of duties, irresponsible attitude, non-observance of rules and procedures, fear of innovation and its unacceptability, solid financial resources, motivation to motivate school restructuring and lack of cooperation. The main challenge of managing an organizational environment is to keep up with all the modern challenges and actively adopt innovation, management skills, experience to create a healthy, safe and high level of educational space. By introducing innovative ideas, managing and organizing the organizational environment of a modern Georgian school, a quiet work environment, an unhealthy competitive environment, students could apply theoretical knowledge in practice.
