Abstract: | As the market competition grows, companies seek for new opportunities to increase their profit and competitiveness on the market. In order to maintain leading position on the market, business organizations try to use the latest information technologies, such as enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Companies lack the organizational vision without information technologies. In particular, financial and managerial accounting, as well as business analytical possibilities function less properly. The above-mentioned issues lead the company to a less income, more risks and a weak financial management. Companies have higher expenses without integration and optimization of business processes and usually, they have to procure software from third-party organizations and very often, this is less effective and causes excessive expenses of financial resources. Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems give possibility to companies to receive and change information between their different departments in real time and of course, this helps to every company to function properly and significantly decrease their expenses. The company ATC (Aero-Structure Technologies Cyclone) is user of enterprise resource planning (ERP) system from the very beginning of its operation. In particular, ATC uses Microsoft Dynamics NAV system, that gives possibility to the company to function properly and optimize its expenses. |
