Abstract

The constant development of technology changes people’s lifestyle, rhythm and point of views. It is difficult to distinguish either progress has led to the development of technology or the development of the technology caused the development. However, we should say that human resources are the main resources in the field of development. The correct use of human resources and the properly used capital determines the way of technological improvement. This Master’s paper describes every detail of personal accounting. It gives us information on how we can plan personal accounting of human resources with the help of MS ACCESS. The Masters’s paper includes an introduction, the main topic and a conclusion. The introduction gives the reader information about the main topic, how relevant it is and the methods that I have used to base my arguments. The second part of my master’s paper is about the importance of human resources. It contains methods that explain how to plan human resources in terms of technology. Albeit there is discussed the disadvantages and the benefits of the situation when human resources use technologies. Then it discusses the example of TSU and how it is possible to automate staff accounting using the database management system MS ACCESS. The last part of the paper provides a conclusion and recommendations. The last part is based on the analyzes of the Master’s paper. In addition, Master’s paper contains the Literary Library and various attachments that was used for reaching topics.
