President's legitimation in the parliamentary republic

Abstract

Master's thesis in the process I tried to talk about the Georgia, what kind of current legislation the President of the Institute with respect to the date, and also discuss the issue of how the President of the Institute's role in the European parliamentary republics, given the fact that our state's path to the European family, and feels rightly thought it Our walk in a parallel state and the laws of the European countries. At the same time, I discovered that literature, which helped me in the paperwork was quite scarce, because the issue is quite new and less researchers have researched. The work consists of two main chapters. In both chapters are subdivisions where the issue is discussed as a header. Discussion on the matter starts with its essence, then we talk about his history and finally I have to talk about what the Georgian legislation is in relation to the president's institution.

სამაგისტრო ნაშრომში საკითხის დამუშავებით ვეცადე მესაუბრა თუ როგორია საქართველოს მოქმედი კანონმდებლობა პრეზიდენტის ინსტიტუტთან მიმართებაში დღეისათვის და ასევე განმეხილა საკითხი იმის შესახებ თუ როგორია პრეზიდენტის ინსტიტუტის როლი ევროპულ საპარლამენტო რესპუბლიკებში, გამომდინარე იქიდან, რომ ჩვენს სახელმწიფოს გეზი ევროპული ოჯახისკენ უჭირავს მართებულად ჩავთვალე გამევლო პარალელი ჩვენი სახელმწიფოსა და ევროპული სახელმწიფოების კანონმდებლობებზე. აღნიშნულ საკითხზე ნამდვილად არ შეიძლება ითქვას, რომ ყოველ მხრივ დასრულებული სახითაა წარმოჩენილი, თუმცა ძირითადი და ფუნდამენტალური საკითხები თავისი მნიშვნელობის გათვალისწინებით, რამდენადაც ეს შესაძლებელი იყო სამაგიტრო ნაშრომის ფარგლებში, საკმაოდ ვრცლადაა წარმოჩენილი. ამასთანავე ნაშრომზე მუშაობისას აღმოვაჩინე, რომ ლიტერატურა, რომელიც დამეხმარებოდა ნაშრომის შედგენაში საკმაოდ მწირი სახით იყო, ვინაიდან საკითხი საკმაოდ ახალია და ნაკლებად აქვთ მკვლევარებს კვლევები ნაკვლევი. ნაშრომი შედგება ორი ძირითადი თავისაგან. ორივე თავში ჩაშლილია ქვეთავები, სადაც კონკრეტულად სათაურებად არის განხილული მოცემული საკითხი. საკითხზე მსჯელობა იწყება მისი არსით, შემდეგ საუბარია მის ისტორიაზე და ბოლოს საუბარი მაქვს იმაზე, თუ როგორია საქართველოს მოქმედი კანონმდებლობა პრეზიდენტის ინსტიტუტთან მიმართებაში.
