The cryptocurrency market and the Georgian consumer

Abstract

In recent years the world has changed in terms of payment methods, also the economic environment is changing, the digital world is developing. Against this background, the important economic news of the last decade, and not just the economic one, is the appearance of cryptocurrencies in the market. The first cryptocurrency is Bitcoin, on the basis of which other cryptocurrencies were created and are still being created. Their functionality is also developing to not only have a payment function but also be able to match other functions as well. It can be said that Georgia is a very attractive country in this field and cryptocurrencies have become popular in Georgia, especially in recent years. The main factors that make them popular in our country, make it attractive to invest in this area and have the potential, are : cheap electricity and regulations

ბოლო წლებში მსოფლიოში ცვლილებებია გადახდის მეთოდების კუთხით, იცვლება ეკონომიკური გარემო, ვითარდება ციფრული სამყარო, ამის ფონზე ბოლო ათწლეულის მნიშვნელოვანი ეკონომიკური და არა მხოლოდ ეკონომიკური სიახლე არის კრიპტოვალუტების გამოჩენება ბაზარზე. პირველი კრიპტოვალუტა ბიტკოინია, რომლის საფუძველზე შეიქმნა სხვა კრიპტოვალუტები და დღემდე იქმნება. ასევე ვითარდება მათი ფუნქციონალი, რომ იყოს არა მხოლოდ გადახდის ფუნქციის მქონე, არამედ შეეძლოს სხვა ფუნქციების შეთავსებაც. შეიძლება ითქვას, რომ საქართველო ამ კუთხით საკმაოდ მიმზიდველი ქვეყანაა და მსოფლიოს კვალდაკვალ საქართველოშიც, განსაკუთრებით ბოლო წლებში პოპულარულია კრიპტოვალუტები. მთავარი ფაქტორები რაც განაპირობებს მათ პოპულარულობას ჩვენს ქვეყანაში, აქცევს მას მიმზიდველად ამ სფეროში ინვესტირებისათვის და უჩენს პოტენციალს, ძირითადად არის ორი : ელექტროენერგიის სიიაფე და რეგულაციები
