dc.description.abstractSynthesized nitriles: diethyl 5,5'-methylenebis(3-(cyanomethyl)-1H-indole-2-carboxylate); diethyl 5,5'-oxybis(3-(cyanomethyl)-1H-indole-2-carboxylate); ethyl 3-(cyanomethyl)-1H-indole-2carboxylate. Chemical properties are researched of Hydrolysis, Alcoholysis, Hydrazinolysis and Reduction reaction samples, also Tryptamine and Serotonin bis–analogues. The structure of the synthesized compounds was determined through the spectral methods.en
dc.description.abstractსინთეზირებულია ნიტრილები: 2,2’–დიეთოქსიკარბონილ–3,3’–დიციანომეთილ–(ინდოლ–5–ილ)მეთანი; 2,2’–დიეთოქსიკარბონილ–3,3’–დიციანომეთილ–(ინდოლ–5–ილ)ოქსიდი; 2–ეთოქსიკარბონილ–3–ციანომეთილინდოლი. შესწავლილია მათი ქიმიური თვისებები ჰიდროლიზის, ალკოჰოლიზის, ჰიდრაზინოლიზის და აღდგენის რეაქციების მაგალითზე. მიღებულია შესაბამისი მჟავების მარილები, ესტერები, ჰიდრაზიდები; აგრეთვე ტრიპტამინისა და სეროტონინის ბის- ანალოგები. სინთეზირებულ ნაერთთა აღნაგობა დადგენილია სპექტრული მეთოდებით.ka
