It has been connected to the war which took place in 2008 between Russia and Georgia. This war which has been distinguished as the world significance issue changes the rules of regulations. This period was a critically crucial episode when Russian government imposes its attitude to the world multipolare cases. The study shows the analyses of those processes which is interreated to the formation of the new world rules. Since Georgia has chosen different direction for governing country, ir has been foud out that its partner appears from the east, NATO. So, the relationship between Russia and Georgis isn’t possible. According the Russian safety concept, it is obvious that enlarging the Nato’s military block produce the risks for Russian nation interests. The aim of our research to analyze the above mentioned processes and evaluate the role of the war amongst the global cases. Also, it helps us to examine the formation of the new world rules.ნაშრომი აქტუალურია, რადგანაც მასში გადმოცემულია, მსოფლიო წესრიგის ცვლილება, რომელიც დაკავშირებული იყო 2008 წლის რუსეთ-საქართველოს ომთან. რუსეთ-საქართველოს 2008 წლის აგვისტოს ომმა, რომელიც თავისი შინაარსით გლობალურ ხასიათს ატარებდა, შეცვალა მსოფლიო წესრიგი. ეს ომი იყო ის მნიშვნელოვანი ეტაპი, როდესაც რუსეთის ხელისუფლებამ დააფიქსირა საკუთარი პოზიცია მრავალპოლარული მსოფლიოს შესახებ. ნაშრომში გადმოცემულია, იმ პროცესების ანალიზი, რომელიც ურთიერთკავშირშია ახალი მსოფლიო წესრიგის ფორმირებასთან. გამომდინარე იქედან, რომ საქართველომ სხვა გზა აირჩია და მისი პარტნიორი დასავლეთი და ნატოა, ამ ქვეყანასთან სტრატეგიული პარტნიორობა არ გამოდის. რუსეთის უსაფრთხოების კონცეფციის თანახმად, ნატოს სამხედრო ბლოკის გაფართოება მის ეროვნულ ინტერესებს საფრთხეს უქმნის. კვლევის მიზანი იყო, გაგვეანალიზებინა ზემოთ აღწერილი პროცესები და შეგვეფასებინა, ამ ომის როლი გლობალურ პროცსებში და ახალი მსოფლიო წესრიგის ფორმირების დინამიკაში.kaრუსეთ-საქართველოს ომიmaster thesis
