The first chapter of the paper discusses the essence and the main stages of the world economic crisis, where the epoch and all the key features of the crisis are fully conveyed. The second chapter discusses the activities of international companies in the wake of the global financial crisis, their behavior, immunity and the crisis situation in companies affected by the crisis. The third chapter discusses the financial crisis, experience and anti-crisis measures of the early 21st century, conceptual approaches to overcoming the global financial crisis, as well as the impact of the global financial crisis on the Georgian economy and large Georgian companies. The report discusses and summarizes the effects of all economic crises on companies and generalizes the recommendations.მსოფლიო ფინანსური კრისიზი და მისი გავლნა საერთაშორისო კომპანიებზე თანდათაობით აქტუალური ხდება გობალურ დონეზე, მსოფლიო ეკონომიკური კრიზისის არაერთი ასეთი კერა ახსოვს როგორც ძველ ასევე თანამედროვე ეპოქას არაერთმა ქვეყანამ გამოცდა აღნიშნული კრიზისის დამანგრეველი გავლენა კონკრეტული ქვეყნის ეკონომიკური თუ ფინანსურ ზიანის თვალსაზრისით. წარმოდგენილი ნაშრომი ეხება მსოფლიო ფინანსურ კრიზისს მის გავლენას საერთასორისო კომპანიების საქმიანობაზე განხილულია მსოფლიო ისტორიაში მომხდარი არაერთი ასეთი მწარე მაგალითი, რომელიც განხილულია და ჩაშლილია სხვადასხვა ქვეყნის, განვითარების დროის და ეტაპების მიხედვით. ნაშრომის პირველ თავში განხილულია მსოფლიო ეკონომიკური კრიზისის არსი მახასიათებლები და ძირითადი ეტაპები სადაც სრულადაა გადმოცემული კრიზისის განვითარების ხანგძლივობა ეპოქა და ყველა ძირითადი მახასიათებელი. მეორე თავში განხილულია საერთაშორისო კომპანიების საქმიანობა მსოფლიო ფინანსური კრიზისის ფონზე, მათი ქცევა, იმუნიტეტი და კრზისის ზემოქმედებით გამოწვეული კომპანიებში შექნილი ვითარება. მესამე თავში განხილულია XXI საუკუნის დასაწყისის ფინანსური კრიზისი, გამოცდილება და ანტიკრიზისული ღონისძიებები მსოფლიო ფინანსური კრიზისის დაძლევის კონცეპტუალური მიდგომები, ასევე განხილულია რა გავლენას ახდენს მსოფლიო ფინანსური კრიზისი საქართველოს ეკონომიკაზე და საქართველოშო არსე-ბულ მსხვილ კომპანიებზე. დასკვნაში განხილულია და შეჯამებულია ყველა ეკონომიკური კრისისის გავლენის შედეგები კომპანიებზე და განზოგადებულია რეკომენდაციები.kaმსოფლიო ფინანსური კრიზისისაერთაშორისო კომპანიებიmaster thesis
