There are kept correspondence between Constantine Kandelaki (Minister of Finance and Trade and Industry of Democratic Republic of Georgia) and Razhden Arsenidze, Alexander (Sandro) Kordzaia, Akaki Papava and Pavle Sarjveladze at the National Centre of Manuscripts. The content of the letters refer to an activity of Georgian Political Emigration period of time in 1956-1958. Geographical area of the letters is Paris, Munich and Paris-Buenos Aires. In private correspondence, there are talks about different issues, including the National Government of Democratic Republic of Georgia. After Noe Zhordania’s death, Georgian emigrants (the members of Government, Social-Democratic Party and „National Council”) were discussing the issue – how and in what form should the government existed in exile, taking into account the new reality. They were discussing about forming „Committee” or „the Executive Authority of the Government’s functions”. However, as it could turn into a reason for confrontation, the implementation of the idea was rejected. The letters also refer to the disagreement in Social-Democratic Party. One of the main reasons for dividing the party into two fractions was the disagreement in the issue related to the relations with the Russian emigration. Constantine Kandelaki’s correspondence is significant due to several facts, including, the relationship of the Georgian emigration with the „American Committee”, Georgians participation in „Paris Block” and researching the history of the „Georgian National Council”. According to the letters, it is clear, that, despite the elderly age and worsening of health condition, Georgian emigrants are still actively involved in solving current issues.kaქართული ემიგრაციაკონსტანტინე კანდელაკირაჟდენ არსენიძეალექსანდრე კორძაიააკაკი პაპავაპავლე სარჯველაძეGeorgian emigrationKonstantin KandelakiRazhden ArsenidzeAleksandre KordzaiaAkaki PapavaPavle Sarjveladzeკონსტანტინე კანდელაკის მიმოწერა (მასალები ქართული პოლიტიკური ემიგრაციის ისტორიის კვლევისათვის)Constantine Kandelaki’s Correspondence – materials for research of the History of Georgian Political Emigration(მასალები ქართული პოლიტიკური ემიგრაციის ისტორიის კვლევისათვის)text::journal::journal article::research article
