These companies need staff members who will be able to gain market share and develop the company. To develop the company's functioning, it is necessary for the manager to be a professional and possess leadership skills. The present paper is devoted to the study of managers which are employed in companies operating in Georgia. In the study is analysed what leadership skills characterize managers, what types of mistakes they make and what impact they have on the functioning of the company. This paper describes leadership-related approaches and concepts related to leadership. The paper identifies the role of leadership in the organization. The master's thesis describes what types of mistakes managers make in the work process and what is the role of a leader in shaping organizational culture. The paper outlines the research methodology, its limitations, and the ethical issues raised in the research process. The paper analyzes the results of the research. Also it analyses the main answers, which were given to our research questions. The paper reconciles the main results of the literature review and conducted research. The research reveals the key leadership skills that characterize managers employed in Georgian companies. In the last chapter there are given recommendation for leaders, how to fix their mistakes, made during working process.მსოფლიოში სულ უფრო მეტი კომპანია იწყებს ბიზნესს. ამ კომპანიებს კი ესაჭიროებათ ისეთი პერსონალის წევრები რომლებიც შეძლებენ ბაზრის წილის მოპოვებას და კომპანიის განვითარებას. კომპანიის ფუნქციონირების განვითარებისთვის აუცილებელია მენეჯერი იყოს პროფესიონალი და ფლობდეს ლიდერულ უნარ - ჩვევებს. წინამდებარე ნაშრომი ეძღვნება საქართველოში მოღვაწე კომპანიებში დასაქმებულ მენეჯერთა გამოკვლევას, თუ რა ლიდერული უნარ - ჩვევები ახასიათებთ მათ, რა ტიპის შეცდომებს უშვებენ და რა გავლენას ახდენს მენეჯერი კომპანიის ფუნქციონირებაზე. წინამდებარე ნაშრომში აღწერილია, ლიდერობასთან დაკავშირებული მიდგომები და კონცეფციები. ნაშრომში იდენტიფიცირებულია თუ რა როლი გააჩნია ლიდერს ორგანიზაციაში. სამაგისტრო ნაშრომში აღწერილია რა ტიპის შეცდომებს უშვებენ მენეჯერები მუშაობის პროცესში და როგორია ლიდერის როლი ორგანიზაციული კულტურის ჩამოყალიბებაში. ნაშრომში მოყვანილია, კვლევის მეთოდოლოგია, მისი შეზღუდვები და ის ეთიკური საკითხები, რაც დადგა კვლევის პროცესში. ნაშრომში გაანალიზებულია კვლევის შედეგები, გადმოცემულია ძირითადი პასუხები კვლევის კითხვებზე. ნაშრომში შეჯერებულია ლიტერატურის მიმოხილვისა და ჩატარებული კვლევის ძირითადი შედეგები. კვლევის ფარგლებში გამოვლენილია, ის ძირითადი ლიდერული უნარ - ჩვევები რომლებიც ახასიათებს საქართველოს კომპანიებში დასაქმებულ მენეჯერებს. დასკვნით ნაწილში მოყვანილია რეკომენდაციები, თუ როგორ უნდა მოახერხონ ლიდერებმა შეცდომების აღმოფხვრა.kaლიდერის თვისებებიორგანიზაციის მართვაmaster thesis
