In order to ensure and develop the economy, we need large amounts of foreign investment and we need the country to have the best image in the eyes of foreign investors and companies, to make the country and the Georgian market more attractive and contain less risk for investors to invest. The priority of the state policy of Georgia has been announced in this direction and the state is actively working to attract investments and create an environment that will be beneficial for the investor and the country. With the presented research, my goal is to study the current processes in the company during this period and to identify and identify current problems. Formulate solutions to existing problems and present a concrete action plan. Successfully functioning business in the modern world is characterized by the optimal utilization of existing resources with the rapid development of products, followed by effective management of processes and resulting in customer satisfaction.
