In period of Globalization, the research describes and assesses influence and effect of the corporations on a nation-state economic development and comparative consequences of the influence – positive and negative sides. On cases of the concrete corporations are being prescribed all phases of the development from starting point till final stage. The research reveals main aspects of economic security development and priority methods, economic security indicators and parameters. In conjunction with theoretical issues, the research scrutinizes various concepts of economic security of different countries (including Georgia). It is also indicated how the states are realizing the economic security provisions in practical manner. Moreover, the research ascribes connotation between states and transnational corporations and their interrelations and the passage is being reviewed with positive and negative aspects of the interdependence between actors. In addition to that the research considers how the cooperation should be positively developed and mechanisms of their regulation.ნაშრომში განხილულია ტრანსნაციონალური კორპორაციების არსი და განვითარების ეტაპები. აღწერილია გლობალიაზიაციის ერაში მათი როლი ქვეყნების ეკონომიკურ განვითარებაზე და ნაჩვენებია, როგორც დადებითი, ისე უარყოფითი მხარეები. კონკრეტული კორპორაციების მაგალითზე აღწერილია მისი დაარსებიდან განვითარების საბოლოო ეტაპამდე მოღვაწეობის პერიფეტიები. ნაშრომში ასევე განხილულია ეკონომიკური უსაფრთხოების უზრუნველყოფის ძირითადი მიმართულებები და პრიორიტეტული მეთოდები, მათი გამოვლენის ინდიკატორები და პარამეტრები. თეორიულ საკითხებთან ერთად გაანალიზებულია სხვადასხვა ქვეყნების (მათ შორის საქართველოს) ეკონომიკური უსაფრთხოების კონცეფციები და დებულებები. სახელმწიფოების მხრიდან მათ მიღწევაში გამოყენებული და პრაქტიკაში განხორციელებული ღონისძიებები. წარმოჩენილია ქვეყნების და ტრანსნაციონალური კორპორაციების თანაარსებობის ძირითადი მიმართულებები და ისტრიული მაგალითებით ნაჩვენებია როგორც დადებითი ეფექტი, ისე კატასტროფული შედეგები. განსაზღვრულია თანამშრომლობის სწორი ფორმები და მათი რეგულირების მექანიზმები.kaტრანსნაციონალური კორპორაციებიგლობალიზაციაეკონომიკური უსაფრთხოებაmaster thesis
