Digital capabilities have become key instruments for governments to achieve their internal and external objectives. Through using digital platforms states and international organizations are holding online conferences, summits and making decisions. Social networks have become key instruments for promoting definition of foreign policy priorities. Therefore, on the one hand, it is essential to examine how technological advances including Artificial Intelligence can facilitate the implementation of foreign policy goals. On the other hand, it is significant to analyze the challenges of digital tools, instruments that may have negative impacts on diplomacy.
