The discourse regarding the correlation of ethnology-anthropology and history was permanently followed disciplinary development. The article discusses the approaches and the decision is drawn out that the dispute on the thematic and spatial fields of history and ethnology anthropology is pointless. All issues that can explain the existence of human groups are in the interest of anthropological research, and the choice of methodology depends on researcher. An infinitely wide range of thematic, theoretical or methodological approaches are involved in ethnographic researches and despite the occasionally active discussion about the institutional or theoretical-methodological position of ethnology-anthropology in the system of disciplines, there is no question of completely rejecting any approach. The issue of strictly determining the boundaries of research areas is not relevant today, and shifting attention to this issue in specific scientific circles indicates the existence of other types of problems.kaისტორიული ეთნოლოგიაHistorical Ethnologyისტორიული ეთნოლოგიის კვლევის მიდგომებიRESEARCH APPROACHES IN HISTORICAL ETHNOLOGYtext::journal::journal article::research article
