The topic’s actuality is connected with modern school educational processes, how the state is engaged in these processes and formation of a modern person. The paper comprises three chapters. In the first chapter; we discussed the role of school and state, their historical past and the state functions in relation to the school, how important is the state in the state existence and development of the school. The state is the only lever and supportive force. The second chapter is dedicated to compliance with the law in the functions of the school and state. This chapter contains the articles and lows used by general educational institution. Different documents have studied, which are used in the educational process. The third chapter is dedicated to social research, where the public opinion was expressed towards our questions. The survey also analyzes what the majority of respondents think about the school and the state. Obviously, all of this should create a healthy future. At the end of the work we talk about major problems and the ways of solving. The purpose of this research paper is to get familiar with the society, how important is cooperation between school and state in order to improve the degree of education. The main task was the involvement of the public in the educational process. The novelty of the research is that the state and school as a unified system are less studied in Georgia, and it is possible through an observation and in-depth analysis of the current situation.წინამდებარე ნაშრომი ეძღვნება სკოლისა და სახელმწიფოს ურთიერთკავშირს, მათ როლს თავისუფალი მოაზროვნე ადამიანის ჩამოყალიბებაში. თემის აქტუალობა დაკავშირებულია თანამედროვე სასკოლო სასწავლო პროცესებთან, სახელმწიფოს მხრიდან მის ჩართულობასა და თანამედროვე ადამიანის ჩამოყალიბებასთან. ნაშრომის შედგება სამი თავისგან. პირველ თავში განხილულია: სკოლისა და სახელმწიფოს რაობა, მათი ისტორიული წარსული და სახელმწიფოს ფუნქცია სკოლასთან მიმართებაში, თუ რაოდენ დიდი მნიშვნელობა აქვს სახელმწიფოს სკოლის არსებობასა და განვითარებაში. ის არის ერთადერთი ბერკეტი და ხელშემწყობი ძალა. მეორე თავი ეძღვნება კანონთან შესაბამისობას სახელმწიფოსა და სკოლის ფუნქციების შესახებ. ამ თავში მოყვანილია ის მუხლები და კანონები, რომლითაც ხელმძღვანელობენ ზოგადსაგანმანათლებლო დაწესებულები. შესწავლილია სხვადასხვა დოკუმენტები, რომლებიც სასწავლო პროცესში გამოიყენება. მესამე თავი დაეთმო სოციალურ კვლევას, სადაც გამოიკვეთა საზოგადოების აზრი ჩვენ მიერ დასმულ კითხვებთან მიმართებაში. აქვე განხილულია კვლევის ანალიზი, თუ რას ფიქრობს რესპონდენტთა უმრავლესობა სკოლასა და საზოგადოებაზე. ცხადია, ამ ყელაფერმა უნდა შექმნას ჯანსაღი მომავალი. ნაშრომის დასკვნით ნაწილში ვსაუბრობთ გამოკვეთილ პრობლემებსა და მათივე გადაჭრის გზებზე. კვლევის მიზანია საზოგადოება გაეცნოს თუ რაოდენ მნიშვნელოვანია სახელმწიფოსა და სკოლის ურთიერთთანამშრომლობა განათლების ხარისხის გასაუმჯობესებლად. მთავარ ამოცანას წარმოადგენდა საზოგადოების ჩართულობა საგანმანათლებლო სივრცეში. კვლევის ინოვაცია მდგომარეობს იმაში, რომ სახელმწიფო და სკოლა, როგორც ერთიანი სისტემა საქართველოში ნაკლებად არის შესწავლილი, ხოლო ეს შესაძლებელია არსებული ვითარების სიღრმისეული ანალიზითა და დაკვირვებით.kaსახელმწიფოსკოლაგანათლებაmaster thesis
