In spite of modernization of Georgia’s educational system in the previous years, country still faces major reality – yet a lot of things need to be done. The direct and very clear indicator of this challenge is the international surveys and research, which specifies Georgia’s low level of General education, compared to other countries. Georgia is implementing numerous reforms towards general education, as follows: Democracy, transparency of system, accessibility of General Education, however, alongside the above – mentioned directions, the proper management of education quality is one of the main topics. The problems in the education quality are noticeable and it is vitally necessary to clarify: what is education quality? Who is the responsible on this? High impact factors and the current situation regarding the quality in Georgia’s education system?. In addition to this, unfortunately there is no existing strategy to define particular time and instruments for the improvement of educational quality. During the last years, Georgia has successfully implemented numerous steps to improve country’s level of general education. Various international recommendations were also taken into account, because they provide very effective recommendations, which are obtained from their significant experience, of creating successful educational system.თანამედროვე ეპოქაში უაღრესად მნიშვნელოვანი და აქტუალური თემაა განათლების ხარისხის უზრუნველყოფა, განსაკუთრებით კი იმ ქვეყნისთვის, რომელიც მიისწრაფვის ევროპულ სისტემაში ინტეგრაციისთვის. მიუხედავად იმისა, რომ ბოლო წლების მანძილზე საგრძნობლად დაიხვეწა ქართული განათლების სისტემა, მაინც ვდგავართ ერთი მოცემულობის წინაშე, გასაკეთებელი კიდევ ბევრია. ამის პირდაპირი და ნათელი მაჩვენებელი საერთაშორისო კვლევებია, რომლების მიხედვითაც ჩვენი ქვეყნის მოსწავლეთა განათლების ზოგადი დონე ძალზე დაბალია სხვა ქვეყნებთან შედარებით. საქართველოში ზოგადი განათლების რეფორმები სხვადასხვა მიმართულებით მიმდინარეობს, ესენია: დემოკრატიზაცია, სისტემის გამჭვირვალობა, ზოგადი განათლების ხელმისაწვდომობა, თუმცა, ამ ყველაფერთან ერთად ერთ-ერთი ყველაზე მნიშვნელოვანი მიმართულებაა, განათლების ხარისხის სწორი მართვაა. შესამჩნევია პრობლემები განათლების ხარისხის მიმართულებით დ აუცილებელია დავადგინოთ, თუ რა არის განათლების ხარისხი, ვინ არის პასუხიმგებელი მასზე, მისი განმაპირობებელი ფაქტორები, რა მდგომარეობაა ხარისხის კუთხით ქართულ განათლების სისტემაში. ამასთანავე სამწუხაროა ისიც, რომ არ გვაქვს კონკრეტული სტრატეგია იმის განსასაზღვრად თუ რა დროში და რა ინსტრუმენტების მეშვეობით მოხდება განათლების ხარისხის გაუმჯობესება. საქართველომ ბოლო წლების მანილზე მრავალი ნაბიჯი გადადგა ქვეყნაში განათლების ზოგადი დონის გაუმჯობესების კუთხით, გათვალისწინებულ იქნა საერთაშორისო გამოცდილებაც, რომელიც ძალზედ საყურადღებო გაკვეთილებს გვთავაზობს, რადგან მათი გამოცდილება დიდია წარმატებული საგანმანათლებლო სისტემების შექმნაში.kaგანათლების ხარისხის უზრუნველყოფაქართული განათლების სისტემაmaster thesis
