A rich and varied spectrum was revealed, representing in the form of proanthocyanidins, catechins, phenolic acids, etc. In the alcoholic extract of vine scraps, lignan α-conidendrin was identified and chromatographically determined. The retention time was determined under the conditions of liquid chromatography (RT-25.6 min) at a wavelength of 206 nm. The antioxidant activity of α-conidendrin according to the EPMR method is 35%.
