| dc.description.abstract | This master's thesis represents the topic: "Impact of the Covid 19 Pandemic on the Activities of Retail Trade Consultants". The described paper consists of introductory part and also - 3 (three) main parts: literature analysis, research methodology, research results and their judgment. The introductory part of the paper deals with the urgency of the topic and the challenges that modernity offers of the world. The same section sets out the research objectives, tasks and hypothesis. Chapter One - Literature analysis in consists of several subsections. In this part of the paper, I review the complexities of the modern world, the Covid 19 pandemic as a global challenge, same section discusses crisis management, organizational culture and its components . The second chapter of the paper deals with research methodology. It discusses the research methods used to conduct the study. A mixed research method, both quantitative and qualitative, was used to conduct the research. The survey was comducted in - JSC Nikora, LTD Carrefour and LTD 2 Nabiji. The consultants employed by the company, including branch managers and cashiers, were interviewed by using a quantitative method. Also - in-depth interviews were conducted with the HR of these companies. However, the research methodology chapter sets out the ethical issues of the research that must be observed in the research process, as well as the limitations of the research, the factors that led to minor changes in the research production process. The third chapter of the thesis discusses the results of the research, where the focus is on the issues that were the purpose of the research established in the study. The results of the study provided information on the psycho-emotional state of employees in companies caused by working while the Covid 19 pandemic. The final part of the paper contains recommendations, which I think will be interesting for both companies and employees. The paper is accompanied by research questions, as well as research diagrams. | en |
