Biological and Agronomical Study of Grape Varieties Rarely spread in the Guria Region

Abstract

The master’s thesis mainly covers the viticulture direction. The purpose of this work was research of agronomic, biological and technological features of Chkhaveri, khushia black and Kamuri white, which are rare varieties of Guria Region. Another aim of the study was to obtain new experimental data in order to complete biological and ampelographic descriptions of selected varieties from one of the interesting Viticultural area and region. Our project will assist and improve to study all this grape variety using modern resources and advances technologies regarding their specific, ampelographic, agricultural and technological properties.

სამაგისტრო ნაშრომი წარმოდგენილია მევენახეობის მიმართულებით და კვლევის მიზანი იყო გურიის რეგონის ვაზის ჯიშების ჩხავერის, ხუშია შავის და კამური თეთრის ბილოგიური და სამეურნეო თვისებების შესწავლა; თანამედროვე მოთხოვნების გათვალისწინებით ახალი ექსპერიმენტული მასალების მოპოვება და ვაზისა და ღვინის საერთაშორისო ორგანიზაციის (OIV) მიერ შემუშავებული დესკრიპტორების მიხედვით მათი შეფასება. ჩვენი პროექტი ხელს შეუწყობს ვაზის კიდევ სამი ქართული ჯიშის (ჩხავერის, ხუშია შავის და კამური თეთრის) თანამედროვე რესურსებითა და ტექნოლოგიებით კვლევას მისთვის დამახასიათებელი ჯიშური, გემოვნური, თვისობრივი თუ სამეურნეო ნიშნით.
